- Spark your moxie every day by reading/listening to reset and re-energize! You may find putting yourself on a "media diet" and intentionally filling your mind with chosen content (books, podcasts, continuing education, etc.) has powerful, positive ripple effects.
- Surround yourself with people who inspire and support you! Make time for those people in your life, and join groups that align with your new path.
- Engage a professional guide to help you stay true to yourself, blast through obstacles! (While this could be a mentor or accountability partner, most people benefit from working with a credentialed expert such as an experienced therapist or established coach with a satisfaction guarantee.)
- Stretch beyond your norms with learning experiences to gain ideas, explore solutions, or create new habits! Consider a conference in your industry or on a topic that lights you up, join a Mastermind group, sign up for a course to learn new skills, or try a procrastination-busting Power Day session.
- Reduce exposure to people and other sources that steal your focus, diminish your moxie, or drain your energy! Try not watching the news, listening to radio with ads, and limiting your time on social media for 1 week to see how you feel, and learn how to Say No.
