Why I shot this video: I've seen with clients how over-accessibility of leaders to their employees causes a lot of frustrations and puts a ceiling on results.  I share some ways to shift from Open Door Policy problems to higher performing teams and better leadership (plus enhanced work-life integration!).

Let me know if you've faced similar conflicts from having a big heart and plagued by constant interruptions --and what you've done to solve them.
