More Mindful, Present, Focused, and Effective

This is for those days when you're trying to do too much at once, or are feeling scattered...  Here are 2 easy steps for you to take right now, and bigger solutions for lasting change. Originally posted via Facebook Live.

What I call Focus Leakage is all-too common; it is when your focus is split between too many things. This lack of mindfulness (or not really being present) causes scattered thinking, quickly reacting vs consciously responding, confused priorities, increased anxiety, loss of sleep -- and other complaints. Here's what to do about it- I share one simple action to take this week and to continue to practice. *Plus a bonus at the end for those who are ready to take control and not fall prey to the whims of everyone and everything around you.
